There are a few games that can help curing the social anxiety. Because this is a psychological problem you need to play a few games that will influence your mind.
Before leaving the house try to imagine that you are already around people. For that you can use some pillows. Put them on chairs and imagine how you would like to behave. Try talking with loud voice. This is just a game so you will have no anxiety problems. Talk about the weather or anything you want. Your voice must be calm. All you have to do in society is remember this little game and pretend you are talking with the pillows again. With time this game will give you self confidence.
You need to learn how to be around people and you can only do this by practicing.
Keep in mind that you must discover what caused your anxiety. Most of the time people don’t even remember. It can be something which happened in childhood. Only by knowing the cause you can find the cure. To do that you can play another game. This time you need the help of a friend. He has to make a list with questions for you. It must be one or two questions for every significant period of your life. By answering to all those questions you will discover the cause of your anxiety.
Sport
Sport is another natural cure for social anxiety. It is well known that by exercising you can relief your stress. There for sport is not only good for your body but also for psychological well being. Chose the sport you like the most. It can be biking, swimming, or running.
Drinks
Try to drink something which will relax you such as tea or milk. Avoid any caffeine or energizing drinks because these will only aggravate your anxiety. Alcohol is totally forbidden if you suffer of anxiety.

So write your goals down, and give credibility to them. Tell yourself I’m excited about achieving these goals today, I am that much closer to my ultimate goals. Now realistic goals can be set and achieved with enthusiasm.

Writing your goals makes extra effort easier. You have made the important decisions of what needs to be done today. Now convert your goals into realities and continue to progress towards the completion of your plan.
